Boc-NH-PEG2 is a PROTAC linker, which refers to the alkyl/ether composition. Boc-NH-PEG2 can be used in the synthesis of a series of PROTACs. Boc-NH-PEG2 is a PEG derivative containing a hydroxyl group and Boc-protected amino group. The hydroxyl group enables further derivatization or replacement with other reactive functional groups. The Boc group can be deprotected under mild acidic conditions to form the free amine.
